And if you’re interested in some focussed, one on one attention, private sessions are a terrific way of mastering the basics or going deeper in an established practice. I also offer to incorporate shiatsu and massage into your session if you like.

- work towards specific goals such as upper body or core strength, balance or flexibility
- more fully integrate your spirituality and sexuality through tantric yoga
- learn tools for depression, anxiety, fatigue or stress.
