Pride Month comes in like a lion and out, well, also like a lion. As June begins, earn yourself a truly accurate representation of the Pacific Northwest—a trucker hat adorned with big rainbow letters—while witnessing the team crush the “rebuilding,” now Shohei Ohtani-less Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim of Southern California of the United States of North America of Earth. You’ll be doing charitable work, too, as $5 of every ticket will go to the GSBA Scholarship Fund, which assists LGBTQ+ students secure their futures.

Get ready for Pride Month! This year, all but one Major League team is celebrating Pride (see tomorrow’s post), as well as several Minor League Teams (I’ve only noted a few Minor League teams below). Interestingly, the Angels, one of the last teams to begin celebrating Pride, didn’t seem to acknowledge it on their schedule, but I did eventually verb it under “Group Tickets.” (Most teams have it right on the schedule or under “Theme Nights.”)
The Padres already held their Pride event and the Marlins celebrate tomorrow. The Royals and Mariners kick off the official Pride Month with their events happening on Saturday, June 1. But there are plenty opportunities to celebrate. Happy Pride!
