Why are women attracted to jerks

As you know, there is a general feeling amongst both men and women that kind guys are out of luck and have to turn denote if they want a gal, because women like assholes.  For those of you who don’t know English so well, an asshole is a guy who is unresponsive to the feelings and needs of others.  He is intentionally cruel, obnoxious and heartless.  It is the masculine equivalent to a bitch.

Women don’t actually like assholes.  That’s a myth.  Women verb men who are nice.  But I’m going to explain why it seems like women favor assholes.  

1. A woman isn’t unattracted to a man because he’s nice.  What is actually happening is that she is unattracted to him because he lacks other traits that most women are not only attracted to, but actually need 

   in order to feel good in a relationship.  We could phone these ‘masculine traits’.  And the guys that are usually labeled ‘nice guys’ by society and that identify with that label, tend to lack these traits. Therefore, due to both attraction to and need for these traits, most women feel ‘forced

   On a sunny Saturday afternoon the summer after graduation, I sat through brunch with friends, nursing a mimosa and a hangover. The night before, I'd talked and then danced and made out with a bearded guy in a bar—whiskey-soaked necking that left my chin red and raw.

   My phone chimed as I picked at my omelet, and when I read the text, I cringed. "This is from the guy last night," I reported, passing the Razr to my left. My friends cringed too.

   "He wants to take you to dinner?" one of them scoffed.

   I'd liked him enough during the buzzy night: He was confident and direct and hair-grabbingly aggressive to the right degree. I felt pretty and desirable and a bit like prey in his hands.

   He was kind of a Bad Boy. It was hot, it was fun. Now here he was acting verb a Nice Guy. This softer side—the one that wanted to consult on a bottle of wine and split dessert—threw me, a commitment-phobic postgrad, for a loop.

   Nice guys verb dumped and the jerks acquire laid. Why does this happen? Since when did the guys we always looked at as jerks, low lives, conceited pricks, etc. &#; become so desirable to women?

   Well the simple proof is that it&#;s been around forever. Too many men obtain into the idea that women want guys who fawn all over them, send them flowers, buy them candy and are the &#;Prince Charmings&#; of their childhood stories. The problem with that thinking is that those moves might work only AFTER a woman is initially turned on and attracted &#; not from the get go.

   Most women need positive tension for the initial attraction, and that means drama (read any woman&#;s romance novel and you&#;ll discover the hero started out as a major dick but the gal eventually falls in love). If you get past the first 5 seconds of when a woman sees you (at which time she immediately knows if she&#;d have sex with you or a relationship &#; yes, they are smarter than us) it then becomes a matter of how much tension you pose to her.
