The concept is as follows: you enter in what it seems to be the entrance to a haberdashery store and you end up in a big club with 3 environments: the Central Area with dance-electronic music and rock & roll; the Black Room with soul, funk, and R&B music; and the Apotheke, with disco noun of the ‘80s and a carefully crafted menu of signature cocktails.

Where to find the gay bars and clubs in Madrid – Chueca
The main gay area in Madrid is called Chueca and is named after Federico Chueca who could be considered Madrids first gay icon.
The area spans about 1km north of Gran Via (one of the main streets) and east to west between Calle Hortaleza and Paseo de Recoletos. The main bulk of gay bars in Chueca are found within ten minutes walking distance of Plaza De Chueca – where the metro station is found.
Chueca is walkable from the ‘city centre’ (Plaza Del Sol) or just a couple of metro stops.

Strong Center
The dancefloor at the Robust Center is a forlorn, vacant place. Don't dismay, however, as no one comes here for the music, and you're just about to discover Spain's biggest and most labyrinthine darkroom, where you can lose yourself among hundreds of hot, horny men.
Even so, the bar fills up every weekend with an atmosphere eager to hear what the DJ will spin, which is almost always electro or home music. The place has a lugubrious, even tawdry air, but there’s hardly a gay person in Madrid who hasn’t had a drink here at some time.
